Bryan grew up in Chicago and moved to St. Louis in 1980 at age 19 to paint
houses for his brother-in-law’s company. He became a computer programmer at age 21 while attending junior college. In 1985 Bryan got his Real Estate license and was a part time agent. In 1987, the firm he was a programmer for wanted to relocate him. He was offered Los Angeles, which he turned down, then Newark, which he also turned down. They decided to terminate his employment and Bryan decided to go into real estate full time.

As an agent, he eventually earned in a month what he had previously earned in a year as a programmer. His best grossing month was over $150,000 in revenue. Below are some significant milestones and achievements:

Bryan was earning over $250,000 per year by 2001. A strong desire to teach his ideas and systems led him to stop personally selling and focus on the training industry. In recent years he has been creating systems, building a brand and leading salespeople.

His real estate firm has approximately 80 agents. His brother and excellent staff run the day to day business while he focuses on training and systems. He has created 150 training videos that provide agents with insight on how to convert listings, create leads, and build their businesses.His major emphasis of training and marketing is based on the concept that we as real estate agents are “not selling the American Dream, rather we are helping people move money. We have responsibilities to provide our clients with market trends and insights.”

In Bryans words, “I feel I have much more to offer, but on a larger scale.”
